Forteva Watch Studio

At Forteva Watch Studio, each timepiece is crafted with precision and care. We are committed to delivering both exceptional quality and transparency regarding our shipping process.

Lead Time

All watches require a lead time of 7 days from the date of order.

This period includes:

• Assembly process
• Final quality control checks

Shipping Time

Once your watch has passed quality control, it will be shipped via our standard delivery service.

Please allow an additional 4–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Total expected timeframe: 11–12 days from order date.

Early or Delayed Delivery

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasionally watches may arrive sooner or later than expected due to courier delays, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement to Lead Time

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the full specified lead time.
Customers should not raise a delivery concern unless the maximum lead time of 18 days has passed from the order date.
