Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and protective materials.
Products must be returned in a resalable condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
Return requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
